- It is more of a spiked chain. A whip doesn't have big chunks of metal sticking out (parts of sword). Also whips aren't that usable. The're treated as ranged weapons so no one would use it in melee. This would be effectively a sword for most people, despite the flavor because whips suck.--ParakeeTalk 12:44, 6 June 2011 (UTC)
