The feat

Low seems fine to me. The increase is only +1, and while increases from feats are nice/important, the max you can ever go is making a low score a 13. In terms of usefulness its only really good for killing a penalty rather than obtaining a benefit. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 18:33, 28 October 2013 (UTC)
