This commits quite a few no-no that would make most GM throw it out outright. Using another ability score to calculate skill points just reeks of min-maxing, and there are no reasons why it should be here. While it’s generally agreed that Intelligence and Wisdom are about equal, if skill points are removed from the equation, this becomes a much sweeter trade. Way too sweet.

As it stands, this only makes the wizard stronger. Which is a shame because wisdom-based arcane spellcasting is an interesting idea which has been underutilized by both paizo and wizard.

The whole thing about spells counting as both arcane and divine has the potential to screw with prereqs. Much better if you had to choose at first level or something.

Could this fulfill the prereqs for MT on its own? Also, how does an ACF for a base class have a prereq? Finally, should all mental ability scores be able to be used for all classes that use a specific one? (Int-based wilders, Cha-based wizards, Wis-based psions, Int-based warlocks, etc?) --Ghostwheel (talk) 09:32, 20 March 2015 (UTC)

That be odd. DM: So you take MT, what your arcane class? Player: Wizard. DM: Ok, what your divine? Player: Wizard! DM: Wait what? --Leziad (talk) 09:45, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
Technically it can enter MT straight, but it would do you no good because, well, because what Leziad said. I don't worry about it since the arcane counts as divine and vice versa thing was already possible, and didn't break anything open via a vis Prestige Classes. The Wis only applies to Wizard spells, though it remains for skill point use.
Unless you were asking "should psions, warlocks, etc also have a similar ACF". In which case, sure, it should be possible. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 09:53, 20 March 2015 (UTC)
