| Huh, the item did not go where I thought it was going. I thought it was a ring that substituted for your somatic components X/day, which mind you is a pretty cool item. Feel free to steal.
Instead it is a Metamagic Rod (Ring) but with a bunch of restrictions on it. Given the amount of restrictions I'm not sure it's worth the cost, but as an item it seems reasonable. |
