It works mechanically, giving you a +2 attack bonus in many cases, but it doesn't feel like it's actually opening any new options in battle, just making it easier for rogues to get their sneak attack.

As the greater version, flanking for archers is needed for ranged rogue types.

It seems like a much needed power for Archer builds that is neither unnecessary nor overpowered it is something that can be taken or not based on the build, which is exactly as a feat should be
