While I feel the concept behind the feat is neat, the execution may be skewed, as I don't feel that many drugs may be used effectively: those that are detrimental, especially the most powerful ones, are too much for the user, resulting in attempts to use this feat not very useful. Some are beneficial (in a way) and this may help with supporting your allies, albeit in a dangerous way. The problem with the offensive drugs is that marijan have no inherent resistance to drugs or drug-effects. This may be solved by addin a racial feature (but I didn't want to add many things) or a feat that allows one to 1) better resist drugs, 2) delay the actual negative effects of a drugs, or even negate them completely.
