Your user box says this article is complete, but it lacks racial ages, a balance point, only 1/3 of the racial description fluff is any more than a single sentence and you have the racial hit dice/skills/feats listed twice in the mechanics. The box is likely copy/pasted, formatting error can happen. As for decriptions... yeah I have a hard time with some of those because as mentioned multiple time they are adopted.
