- Normally no, but have you seen Fascinate? It opposes the Will save against a skill check -- by epic levels, that's a discrepancy of about 10. Giving a +10 doesn't make that ability useless; it makes it fair. --DanielDraco 19:34, 7 September 2012 (UTC)
