Actually, apologies for the snark, you may be referring to the edge case of totemists (and maybe druids, arguably), in which case, yes probably. But your DM may deny it on the same grounds as denying Shakey (-2 ranged) to the melee only tank. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 04:29, 22 April 2015 (UTC)

Technically, VOP characters can use magic items. Not without consequences, but they can. Again, edge case here, but this flaw is still technically compatible with VOP. --Fluffykittens (talk) 07:03, 22 April 2015 (UTC)
