Balance[edit]
I am unsure that this feat needs the additional penalty of using a higher spell slot. You are already using a feat that could be used for something else. And the end damage is below average (if more than a single die is used to determine damage normally).
Take your example: Normal damage ranged between 6-60 with an average of 33. With this feat it is only 30. --Rlyehable (talk) 13:33, 11 May 2017 (MDT)
