Moderate?

What he said. I'd gladly slap this down to a hover ability to keep it moderate. No need to adjust pre-reqs since ironically allows non-pokemon to use as worded. Request to adopt. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 14:05, 2 June 2016 (UTC)
