Because the spell list is auto-generated, that involves putting the monarch in the level list on the page. Which is pretty clearly a non-clarity edit, and does need to be asked IMO. Also, you didn't actually say yes (or no) :-p - Tarkisflux ^Talk 05:26, 27 August 2013 (UTC)
