| Hee hee. Personally, I'm more fond of imaginary pistol/revolver-type guns, but I love the concept here! The failure chance and possibility of vanishing by paradox are very interesting drawbacks, which nicely balances out the whole "guaranteed flat-footed" thing (let's face it, without some sort of drawback, this would be overpowered as hell in the hands of someone with the ability to sneak attack).
