You should not put variant rules into the Normal section of a feat.
It's a pretty sane variant rule, though. Psionic's lack of relevant visible details was a bit overkill. |
Display
isn't normally a dc 15 concentration check to hide a powers display? why a feat to let the opponent have a fighting chance? --NameViolation 04:02, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
- 15+Power Level, I think; I've always found hiding displays kinda cheap, so rather than giving PCs the ability to (virtually) automatically deny enemies the chance to see them manifesting (HINT: and to stop NPCs from automatically targetting PCs with similar powers without any knowledge of where it's coming from), I made this option so that PCs can still manifest without displays if it's worth it to them. --Ghostwheel 16:58, December 30, 2009 (UTC)
