How is this intended to interact with caster classes like beguiler, who cast spontaneously from their entire class list?

Eeeeehhhhh, give me a sec to figure it out... --Leziad (talk) 22:34, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
I think you just get all of them, which could be problematic. I will see if I can find a solution that won't require a solid block of text. I might just alter the prerequisites to bar such a class from getting the feat. But honestly a beguiler (or dread necro) with some blasting spell is not so bad. --Leziad (talk) 23:06, 15 October 2020 (UTC)
If I recall, Dread Necro is divine, not arcane, so... Basically jut Beguiler or Warmage. However, I do want to remind you that summoning spells gain the [Air] descriptor when summoning an air-elemental creature, so this would inadvertently give Warmage access to Summon Nature's Ally, as well as spells like Air Walk, Whirlwind, Wind Walk, Wind Wall, Control Winds, Elemental Swarm, and Gust of Wind. Thankfully not Gate, but you get my point. Now, I would probably personally rule that if they got Summon Nature's Ally, they could _only_ summon creatures with the Air subtype using it, but if you don't make that specification... --Zhenra-Khal (talk) 00:13, 16 October 2020 (UTC)
Giving them as spell-like abilities a limited number of times per day? Not the best solution maybe... Maybe it's best to leave it as it is or give some drawback.
Dread Necromancer is arcane unfortunately. Regarding summoning spells, I disagree that it could be reasonably read as giving total access to the spell, but I agree that it should be made clear to avoid confusion. --The bluez in the dungeon (talk) 15:20, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
