Slow is pretty good, and you could get this at 1st level if you qualify, but admittedly the strongest effect of slow only kicks in once your enemy has multiple attacks anyway. So it's probably ok. Consider this on the end of Like. |
Balance
The Slow status effect is pretty powerful... might not this be rogue level? I just don't see Slow being wielded around in fighter-level games... --Ghostwheel 02:45, January 24, 2010 (UTC)

- While denying enemies full attacks potentially for the next 4 rounds or so. It's a disadvantage, but you get it at will, it's a touch attack, and is even stronger at higher levels, especially in games that use Tome rules (for example). --Ghostwheel 05:28, January 24, 2010 (UTC)
