| This rating refers to a substantially different version of the article, or concerns mentioned in it have already been addressed.Breaking the action economy this hard is not something that should be encouraged or promoted as a reward... even for long feat trees. Granting any kind of extra action to a character is usually dangerous and should be done with great consideration to a character's abilities. This just gives you a full round of actions (on a kill yes, but this is even more dangerous than just an extra move or attack or some such thing). I'm not sure what to even do with this concept. Sandbox this and sit on it until a better way to execute what you may have been going for comes up. Also, assuming the unrelated name is a reference to something else.
