Why isn't this just 10 damage per CL, like Pathfinder? Well, I wanted to allow this spell to work with effect which alters damage dice. Some effect increases damage by +1 per dice, and I feel those should still work with higher tier necromancy. The target being raised as a zombie under the caster's control is just gravy for a level 7/8 single target spell. --Leziad (talk) 18:11, 18 August 2024 (UTC)
