| Three Heads suffers from Frank's issues with wording. Worse, this is a really boring encounter and a really boring Pokemon to own. In combat, it has three negligible bites. Its earthquake ability really isn't a combat ability, because it's damn near impossible to fail to get out of range before it happens. Honestly, though I don't have the best eye for monsters, I have to seriously doubt that this is really CR 4 -- and even if it is, it's not a very good CR 4 monster. |
