Is the initiator staggered if they end their turn in the area?
- The general rule of the thumb is that anything with a radius centered on you wont directly harm you unless it says otherwise. One note to Eiji, the Range should be Personal. LenKagetsu (talk) 00:19, 26 February 2015 (UTC)
