| I want to like this, I do, but that BAB 11... if it had some sort of cost, some manner of downside like "need to cast as 1 round" or "X/day" or something. Mmm... it's good flavor, but that one can easily be abused. TWF, shocking daggers, have at it and enjoy your 12 saving throws.
