This rating is a bit more provisional than most of mine, as I haven't exhaustively reviewed the bio-energy options that this adds to. But the options I have reviewed don't scale with CR in the same way that spell levels do. Many of them require multiple points to do sort of interesting things, instead of 1 point to do increasingly awesome things. There just aren't any comparable bio-energy uses that I've seen, and that makes the straight power boost granted by this feat a lot much for my tastes.
