| Pretty straightforward, what you see is what you get. As with most exotic weapons it would probably not be worth to waste a feat on becoming proficient with the needles - they would probably see more use if they'd get added to the proficiencies list of a few fitting classes like Assassin. |
Drawing[edit]
You may want to add shuriken's "count as ammo for drawing" thing (or make them ammo entirely) if you want iterative attacks without Quick Draw. Unless that is intentional. -- Eiji-kun (talk) 08:25, 14 February 2015 (UTC)
