If you use the level 11 benefit for this feat, do you also gain the effects of the lower-level benefits? Making everything be fascinated and blinded at the same time, and all. --Mock Turtle 15:18, February 14, 2010 (UTC)

Nah, it shouldn't be that way IMO. Blinding succeeds fascination, but fascination can still be used without blinding. Also clarified something about the sunburst effect. Good catch. - TG Cid 17:43, February 14, 2010 (UTC)
