Tactile Telepathy
Your telepathic powers are more powerful and easy to use but they are limited to your touch.
Benefit: Your telepathy power cost 1 less power point to manifest and their DC is increase by 1. Additionally you gain telepathy but with a range of touch, allowing you to communicate telepathically with creatures you touch.
Drawback: The range of all your telepathy powers that is not 'personal' change to 'touch'.
Roleplaying Ideas: People who know your powers are probably not too keen on touching you.
