Swordcane Expertise [Fighter] You have endlessly practiced with the gentleman's favored weapon, learning how to maximize its striking profile, slice and defend yourself with it. In your hand, a swordcane is as worthy as any other sword.Prerequisites: Proficiency with the swordcaneBenefit: Increase the damage die of swordcanes you wield by one die step. Furthermore you may deal slashing or piercing damage with a swordcane, and increase its critical threat by 1, this increases stacks and is applied before other effects which alters your critical threat. Additionally you may deal bludgeoning damage with a sheathed swordcane, but doing so does not benefit from the critical threat increase of this feat.

Finally if you hold the swordcane's sheath in your off-hand you gain a +1 shield bonus to AC. This does not count as using a shield for the purpose of class features, but still occupies your hand as normal.
