1. See Damage Increases by Size to calculate the damage for a weapon larger than Medium or smaller than Small.
2. Weight figures are for Medium weapons. A Small weapon weighs half as much, and a Large weapon weighs twice as much.
3. When two types are given, the weapon is both types if the entry specifies "and", either type (player's choice at time of attack) if the entry specifies "or", or each end of the double weapon is a different type if the entry specifies "/".
4. The hp value given is for Medium armor, weapons, and shields. Divide by 2 for each size category of the item smaller than Medium, or multiply it by 2 for each size category larger than Medium.

The swordcane is a thin blade sheathed inside a cane, hidden from view. The swordcane gets a +20 circumstance bonus to disguise checks to appear as a non-weaponized normal cane. If undiscovered, when the swordcane is drawn creatures are flatfooted against its attacks for 1 round. The swordcane's sheathe can also be used as a weapon, dealing the secondary listed bludgeoning damage.

You can use the Weapon Finesse feat to apply your Dexterity modifier instead of your Strength modifier to attack rolls with a swordcane and sheathe sized for you, even though it isn’t a light weapon for you. You can’t wield a swordcane in two hands in order to apply 1-1/2 times your Strength bonus to damage. For the purpose of Two-Weapon Fighting, both swordcane and sheathe count as light weapons.
