| Target: Each creature in burst | |
| Attack: Charisma vs. Fortitude | |
| Hit: 4d6 + Charisma modifier poison damage, and the target is knocked prone. | |
| Effect: The power’s area is difficult terrain, and any creature that enters the area or starts its turn there takes 10 poison damage. This effect lasts until the end of your next turn, or you can dismiss it as a minor action. | |
