A powerful full-body suit that grants the ability to manipulate time and shrug off blows, this item was all it took for a single soldier to almost singlehandedly destroy an entire empire.
The Suit of the Shifter of Time does not provide any bonus to armor class, although it does grant the wearer 15 temporary hit points at the beginning of each of their turns. These hit points do not stack.
Any activated ability of the Suit of the Shifter of Time, Type II is a swift action. The Suit of the Shifter of Time, Type II has 3 charges, and any time the wearer does not use any of the Suit's activated abilities for two consecutive rounds, all 3 charges of the Suit recharge.
You can only use one activated ability of the Suit of the Shifter of Time, Type II every round.
- Rewind (3 charges): You rewind time back to whatever state it was in two rounds ago. Everything in the world except your location, your hit points, your uses of class abilities, and equipment is reset to how it was two rounds ago.
- Stop (2 charges): You may immediately take an additional turn. Normal fire, electricity, etcetera, do not affect you. You can walk on fluids. For any opposed strength or dexterity checks, the opposition counts as rolling a 3.
- Slow (1 charge): You may immediately take an additional standard action and move action.
