Your eldritch blast targets the subconscious mind of your targets. It completely ignores any and all cover or concealment of any sort; requires a will save instead if it would normally require an attack roll, fortitude save, or reflex save; does not require line of sight; can only strike intelligent targets; cannot be healed by fast healing or regeneration (but otherwise heals normally); and deals subdual damage, ignoring any resistances to such. You can choose to exclude any creature you wish from the effects of the blast, provided you know that they are there. This is considered to be a [mind-affecting] effect only if it would be disadvantageous for the target.
