Starcaster [General]
Prerequisites: Able to cast 2nd-level spells, manifest 2nd-level powers, or use Lesser invocations; Spellcraft or Psicraft 8 ranks, and either 4 ranks in Profession (Astronomy) or 8 ranks in Knowledge (The Planes).Benefit: Upon taking this feat, you may use either you or the open night sky for the purpose of determining if you have line of sight or line of effect when casting your spells, manifesting your powers, or using your invocations. This is the same as the Ascendant class feature of the same name, and overlaps with it.
If you are a manifester, this feat gains the [Psionic] tag.
