Spray of the Vileplume[edit]
Your body explodes in a burst of green mist as you slam your hammer downward. Another strike coats its victim in sticky burning residue.
A weapon enhanced with this enhancement changes its acid attack depending on if it is active or not. This enhancement can only be added to melee weapons. When deactivated, spray of the vileplume can be activated as an attack action, or a standard action. All creatures in a 10 ft burst centered on you take 1d6 acid damage (plus +1d6 acid per +1 enhancement bonus of the weapon, minimum 2d6) with a Reflex save for half, DC 10 + 1/2 HD + your attack ability score modifier. Once this occurs the weapon is coated in acid and deals +1d6 acid damage per hit as a CorrosiveSpC weapon.
While the weapon's extra acid damage is active, it can be deactivated as an attack action or a standard action. Make an attack roll against a creature. On a successful hit your attack deals +2d6 acid damage and the acid sticks to the target and continues to burn for 1d6 acid damage every round for 3 rounds. The acid damage does not stack, but does extend the duration. Effects which would end acid arrow early end this effect early.
You can only toggle the weapon on or off once per round, regardless of number of attacks.
Faint Evocation; ML 5th; Craft Magic Arms and Armor, acid arrow; Price: +2.
