The spirit board can duplicate the effects of augury 2/day. It can also produce the effect of séance 1/week.
If used as a focus component for an actual augury spell, you can predict the furture up to an hour ahead. If used as a focus component for an actual séance spell, you can treat it as a spell slot two levels higher without actually increasing the spell slot used.
If multiple creatures participate in the casting time of either effect, the effective caster level increases by +2 per participant, up to four additional users.
