Your eldritch blast deals damage as normal, but also reduces the caster level of any and all active effects on the target with a duration by 1d6 caster levels. This may reduce the duration and/or the effectiveness of the magical effects on the target. If a caster level reaches 0, the spell duration ends.
This can also be targeted on magic effects, and be used as a weak counterspell by readying an action and reducing the caster level.
