There are so few good "you are good with shields" feats, it usually defaults to ISB.

|fluff=You manage to keep a grip on your shield by holding it on your arm like a buckler. It's awkward but it works out just fine.
|benefit=Your shield wielding hand is considered free, allowing you to hold items and wield weapons in your shield arm. However any uses with that arm (including attack rolls) are at a -2 penalty.
