These numbers come from the elemental plane of wrong. If you want to have stats like a touch AC of 18, or randomly high saves, then you need to establish why those bonuses are so high. As written this creature has a touch AC of 9 (10 + 1 Dex -2 Size). I grant 0 out of 4 bear claws from my pastry shop of judgment.
