You call forth millions upon millions of souls to inhabit microscopic bodies, and immediately cut them short. This causes a great disturbance in the psionic and incarnum energy sources.
All characters with a Manifester or Meldshaper level of at least 1 within 10 miles per caster level must make a Will save. If they fail, they take 1d10 points of nonlethal damage per Manifester or Meldshaper level they possess and take 1d4 points of Charisma and Will Wisdom damage. If they succeed, they only take 1d6 points of nonlethal damage per Manifester or Meldshaper level.
