Are we talking '1 round action' as in the jump is completed at the start of your next initiative order, rather than a full-round action completed at the end of your current initiative? So, is the vehicle spending all the round... somewhere in the air? Or charging their jump? I'd be tempted to change the wording to 'full-round action', personally.
