''A shimmering cube of golden energy surrounds you. This shield will keep opponents from taking advantage of your flank.''
A cube of energy surrounds you, and each side of the cube (up, down, forward, backward, left, and right) has 1 hp per caster level you possess each. Attacks coming from that side first strike the wall absorbing the damage, with any excess damage to break the wall hitting the caster as normal. As long as they hit your touch AC, they hit and damage the wall even if they cannot hit yourself. At the start of each turn you can rotate what side of the cube faces where, and when or take a move action to restore a destroyed wall. When all the walls are gone the spell ends.
The walls prevent flanking while they exist, but do not block line of sight or line of effect. Targeted spells pass through it. Area of effect spells can damage multiple walls simultaneously, proving highly effective. Attacks from creatures within your space (such as grappling) ignore the shield. The caster's attacks may pass through the walls normally.
