|summary=You have been traumatized by past events, which may have led you to start adventuring, but it still carries deep scar within yourself.

|effect=Whenever a creature damage damages you in melee, you become [[At Bay (3.5e Condition)|At Bay]] from them for 1 round. If you possess spellcasting, you also are unable to cast defensively while being threatened by an adjacent opponentfor 1 round after being damaged by them.
Additionally choose a traumatic eventIf your hit points are ever pushed below your ECL, when facing creatures which are linked to the traumatic event or placed in a similar situation you start [[SRD:Cowering|cowering]] for 1d4 rounds and then become [[SRD:Shaken|Shaken]] for 1 hour. This bypass immunitiescondition last until you are no longer in a stressful situation, cannot be ended early and does not stack with other fear effects and can only happen at most once per dayor until you are healed.
