As you initiate this maneuver, you plunge down using the forces of gravity to accelerate the momentum and velocity of your fall. You immediately plunge 20 feet per initiator level. If you land on an empty square and plunged at least 100 feet you cause an explosion which deal 1d6 fire and bludgeoning damage in a 20-ft.-radius spread, a Reflex save halves this damage. The explosion leave difficult terrain in it wake and any creature who failed the reflex save is knocked prone and is moved at the outer edge of the radius. You do not take falling nor damage from the explosion.
If you aim to land on a creature you deal 1d8 bludgeoning damage per initiator level (max 20d8), but it is limited to 1d6 1d8 for each 5 feet you plunged (so a 10 feet fall only deal 2d6 2d8 damage). You take half the damage dealt to the target. If you wear medium armor you deal an additional 1d6 damage, and an additional 2d6 2d8 if you wear heavy armor. The creature is cratered into the ground, both made prone and immobilized for 1 round. The creature may make a Reflex save to halves the damage and negate being cratered into the ground.
If the creature survive the attack, you land in the closest adjacent space. If the creature perish you crush it beneath you and land in it square.
