Changes

This functions identically to [[SRD:Cloudkill|Cloudkill]] except that as follows: The warlock concentrates to make the caster cloud appear and can if direct the cloud in any direction they wish have on the ground. Once the warlock stops concentrating on the cloud deal 1d3 negative energy damage per caster level to any creatures it vanishes immediately. Creatures in the cloud per also take 1d4 negative damage each round. This ignores spell resistance. The caster may have a number of clouds active at one time equal to their charisma bonus ( minimum 1). Activating more then your bonus immediately ends they are in in the first cloud.
