|reason=That last one is quite powerful, and maaaaybe a bit too much given everything else. If it had similar action costs like the other powers so it was an option instead of a certain thing I would be ok with it. However, it still seems to be a functional feat and at least that only comes online at level 16, so I give it a pass.
