|reason=My opinions on this feat have changed somewhat over time. It's a pretty boring vertical increase in power for Barbarians, and while the base Barb needs it, this gets out of hand quickly with more powerful Barb variants.
Even for the base Barb, though, it's boring. A resounding meh.
