Does the weapon enhancement bonus actually do anything? I may have missed it but I don't see any weapon or weapon-like attacks attached to it. It's been a while since I have done anything here, so excuse me if I am a bit rusty.
The base eye doesn't have any weapon qualities, I meant the +1 to be +1 to the vision bonus of the regulae graft.
The 4th is missing, and I don't really have an idea for it still. But the 5th is a reference to a quote by Isaac Newton: "If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of Giants." Which is in reference to scientific discoveries building on the collective work of past scientists. But I used it as a bit of a weird eye/seeing pun I guess.
