This functions identically to [[SRD:Cloudkill|Cloudkill]] except that the caster can if they wish have the cloud deal 1d3 negative energy damage per caster level to any creatures in the cloud per round. This ignores spell resistance. The caster may have a number of clouds active at one time equal to their charisma bonus ( minimum 1).
