:It was just published on 2018-07-23. It is a release by WotC. But, you are right, it is not for organized play (Adventure League). It will continue to evolve with player feedback, so I suspect it will not be released in paper form, valid for organized play, until next year or later. According to the ''"Dragon Talk - An Official Dungeons & Dragons Podcast" episode ''"Keith Baker, Jeremy Crawford & James Wyatt on Ravnica & Eberron"'' (2018-07-25), anyone who purchases it will be notified by email when changes are made and will be able to download an updated version for free. --[[User:Rlyehable|Rlyehable]] ([[User talk:Rlyehable|talk]]) 21:01, 26 July 2018 (MDT)
