{{#set:Summary=The flame of agony you inflict leaves your target's soul chained to your bidding.}}
''As you thrust your hand forward and clenched your fist, fiery eldritch energy coalesced around the enemy warrior, collapsing inward and crushing his vitality. As his body fell, his silhouette remained, looking in horror at his body on the ground. With a smirk, you point at one of the warrior's former comrades and bark an order in the tongue of the hells, and the ghostly warrior silently movesin for the kill, face still twisted in horror, in for the kill.''
This blast shape doesn't affect the shape (It's still a 60' ray), but deals an additional percentage of damage equal to the rough percentage of health the target is missing; For example, a Killing Flames Blast would deal 50% more damage to a monster at half health. This functions in increments of 10% to simplify the life of your DM a little bit (You can also just increase the damage of the blast by 1 point for every 2 HP the target creature is missing if you don't like working with percentages; However this becomes more powerful on creatures with large health pools).
