|benefit= To activate Eyes of Phoenix you must meditate to gain psionic focus. Focusing in this fashion requires a concentration check 5 higher than normal. This mantra lasts for 1 minute as long as you maintain psionic focus. While active, six blue flame 'eye' orbit around you. As an attack action you may fire one of those 'eye', making an ranged touch attack within medium range, dealing 1d8 + your highest mental ability score modifier in fire damage. If an opponent attack you in melee you may fire one of the flame at it as an immediate action, this does not provoke an attack of opportunity. You may replenish a single 'eye' as a move action.
