Now let look at the benefits:<br>0- Pretty damn good but not borked.<br>1- Epic feat at 14th level (or whenever you meet that insane prerequisite anyway)? And one that does not suck too. Combined with the first benefit this is insane.<br>3- Welp, that totally broken.<br>6- Holy shit this is even worse.<br>
9- This is unwise at best. Almost look balanced compared to the last two benefits.
Overall, good effort but this is pretty bad. I'm sorry.
